Brand New. Cutting Edge. Available Now.

In 2006, a project was started to develop an ideal implant that would combine the natural result of a silicone gel implant and the safety of saline. That project is now fully realized, with the release and availability of the IDEAL IMPLANT®.

Recent News:

In a recent NY Times article on the Ideal Implant, Dr. Brenner is mentioned as one of the original FDA investigators. The article covers many different aspects of this groundbreaking device, and is worth a read for anyone considering the Ideal Implant.

Some Background:

Silicone gel implants do have a certain appeal to most women because they can produce a perfect aesthetic when it comes to breast augmentation. At the same time, many women are not at ease with the fact that a slight rupture could remain undetected without an MRI scan. Because of this, many women prefer saline implants as the safest method. In fact, many women have been holding off on their procedures, waiting for the cosmetic industry to develop new saline-filled breast implants: ones that would give a natural appearance and tissue-like feel of the silicone gel implant without the wrinkling, bouncing and globular look of a saline implant.

THE ARRIVAL OF THE IDEAL IMPLANT®

After years of research and testing, as well as consulting many women and plastic surgeons, we have accomplished a design of a saline-filled breast implant, now known as the IDEAL IMPLANT®.

  • Recently approved by the FDA
  • Lowered edges, allowing it to contour better to the breast wall
  • Designed to combine the best of both saline and silicone implants
  • The natural result of silicone with the safety of saline

Within the implant contains a series of additional implant shells that are nested together. The reasoning behind this new internal structure is to help control the saline movement, which will reduce bouncing and support the implant edges, minimizing wrinkling and preventing the collapse of the implant’s upper portion.

Dr. Brenner is one of only a few initial investigators of this implant while it was in its clinical trials. He is currently scheduling consultations for the Ideal Implant. He can be seen on the popular TV show The Doctors when the show was addressing the Ideal Implant.

Dr. Brenner is now scheduling private consultations for this breakthrough procedure, which is currently available in his Beverly Hills office.

WHAT MAKES THE IDEAL IMPLANT SO SPECIAL?

There are always concerns with silicone and saline implants. The Ideal Implant removes these concerns with the latest technology that is FDA approved.

The extra layers of shell added around the saline filler add to the natural look and feel of breast tissue that cannot be achieved by either saline or silicone alone.

The Ideal Implant featuring patented technology incorporates a series of implant shells that are nested together and two chambers to hold the inner saline filler.

Unique Design

Rippling and wrinkling are the common problems with saline implants, which is also believed to lead to ruptures and deflation. In the Ideal Implant, the inner chamber holding the inner saline filler is surrounded by the inner shell while the outer chamber holding the outer saline filler is surrounded by the outer shell. These separate saline fillers and the unique structure of the Ideal Implant controls the movement of saline in an optimal way, mitigating the risk of wrinkling and folding.

The outer shells of the Ideal Implant add to the firm and natural contour which has a more natural feel as compared to silicone implants.

The risk of silent rupture leading to the gel escaping to areas that are difficult to reach is not seen with the Ideal Implant. Silicone leaks can lead to lumps, uneven appearance of breasts, and hard knots and moreover, silent leaks require MRI scans every two years to detect.

Thanks to the layers of protection added in the Ideal Implant, there is only a very minimal risk of rupture or deflation of the Ideal Implant and even in the rare case they occur, you can find out by just glancing at the mirror! The saline is safe and naturally absorbed in the body after some time.

The figures speak for themselves!

The overall patient rupture rate of Allergan Gel in the MRI cohort was 16.4% and 10% for Sientra Gel. The Ideal Implant at 6.3% has the least risk of capsule contracture. Risks of deflation or rupture are also at a very minimal 1.8% for the Ideal Implant as compared to 7.4% for Allergan and 5.4% for Sientra Gel.

Achieve peace of mind and stay confident with the Ideal Implant!
